Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support our business analysis and product development teams. In this role, you will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for projects.
Work closely with senior analysts, product managers, and developers to understand project needs.
Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and system improvement initiatives.
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
Help prepare reports and presentations based on business analysis findings.
Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand business challenges.
Maintain project documentation and track key deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and software development lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
