L’ETO Group’s first full dining concept in Abu Dhabi, located at The Galleria Mall, is inspired by London’s vibrant culinary scene and Mediterranean flavours, reimagined with a modern, elevated twist.
We are looking for a Junior Bartender who combines strong hospitality skills with confidence behind the bar, delivering exceptional guest experiences and service of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to L’ETO standards
- Assist senior bartenders with daily bar operations
- Check customer IDs to verify legal age for alcohol service
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive guest service
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
- Support the team during peak service hours
- Ensure bar setup, display, and stock levels meet standards
- Adhere to stock control, inventory, and wastage procedures
- Serve a selection of wines, bottled beverages, and draft beer in accordance with service standards
- Accurately mix and prepare cocktails and beverages by combining ingredients such as spirits, mixers, syrups, bitters, and garnishes following established recipes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service and offerings
- Attend mandatory pre‑shift meetings and arrive on time for shifts
- Work flexible schedules based on business needs
