- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
- Customer Service: Take orders, interact with customers in a friendly manner, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience
- Equipment Operation: Use espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently Glints
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar, workstations, and equipment clean and organized, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Inventory Assistance: Track supplies, notify management when restocking is needed, and assist with basic inventory tasks.
- Learning and Development: Gain knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and café operations under the guidance of senior baristas
Pay: AED2,200.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
