Junior Architect Jobs in Dubai at bulb general trading
We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing technical and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects and be capable of coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural, technical, and drawings for interior fit-out projects.
- Develop detailed construction and joinery drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and UAE authority requirements.
- Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site requirements.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and technical coordination when required.
- Assist with material submittals, technical documentation, and project coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 1 year of UAE experience as a Architect, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
- Strong experience in preparing shop drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Good understanding of interior fit-out detailing, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and finishes.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
