Junior Accountant Jobs in Doha at Qatar Care
Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliation, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required
- Process payroll-related entries and support month-end/year-end closing activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (similar industry experience preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Requirements:
- Must be a local hire with a transferable QID / valid NOC
- Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period
Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month
