Junior Accountant – F&B Industry (UAE Experience Required)
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid accounting experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry and be familiar with Odoo ERP or a similar ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Monitor, reconcile, and follow up on aged payables
- Handle petty cash transactions and reconciliations
- Record, reconcile, and report daily sales
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare accounting reports
- Process supplier invoices, customer payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks
- Perform daily accounting operations using Odoo ERP or a similar ERP system
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Previous experience in the F&B industry (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or a similar ERP system
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, aged payables, petty cash, and sales reconciliation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

- No hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or a similar ERP system
