Job Summary:
Our Company, 1004 Mart Department Store is seeking an experienced and competent
Accountant (FMCG/Amazon/Instashop Experience).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluating daily accounting activities and finding cost-saving methods.
Making journal entries in the ledger for accounts debited and credited
Tallying cash in hand at the end of the day’s shift and planning for bank cash deposit
Preparing balance sheet and income and loss statement at the end of the month.
Prepare financial statements and inform the Management about the company’s financial status.
Handling preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance issues
Compile, analyze, and present reports on financial information
Make entries of daily business transactions in the book of accounts
Manage accounts payable as per contract terms with vendors and suppliers
Monitor and ensure the company does not go off the track from compliance
Contribute to fixing the budget for monthly purchases and office expenses.
Job Requirements:
A Degree in Accounting or Banking and Finance.
Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
With relevant experience in handling Amazon and instashop accounts.
Minimum of 4-5 years of demonstrable experience in accounting or any relevant experience is required.

Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Excel or any other accounting software.
