Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Juice and Sandwich Maker to join our cafeteria in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and sandwiches while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and shakes according to customer requests and company recipes
- Assemble sandwiches, wraps, and light snacks with proper ingredient portions
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including blenders, juicers, and counters
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor ingredient freshness and report low stock to management
- Provide courteous counter service when required
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Juice Maker, Sandwich Maker, or similar role in a cafeteria, juice shop, or restaurant
- Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment such as blenders and juicers
- Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to cleanliness and detail
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary: AED 2,000
