Overview: Kinetics Group is hiring an Jr. HVAC Sales Engineer with minimum 1 year of sales experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in HVAC products, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of HVAC products and solutions across assigned accounts.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide expert advice on HVAC systems and products.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Address customer queries and provide timely post-sales support.
Skills Attributes Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in HVAC sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems: FAHU/AHU, CHW, DX, VRF, Fans, Air Curtain Units.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
