Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Joinery Site Supervisor role located in Musaffah. The Joinery Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the project site, coordinate with team members and subcontractors, and ensure quality control at every stage of execution. Responsibilities include managing timelines, supervising the installation of custom joinery and interior fit-outs, and maintaining compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The role also involves troubleshooting, material handling, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, team leadership, and site coordination
- Expertise in joinery, carpentry, and furniture installation
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting CAD drawings and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail to ensure workmanship quality
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction and onsite environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage both teams and clients
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; formal training in joinery or construction management is advantageous
- Prior experience in similar roles, especially within the interior design and fit-out industries, is highly desirable
