Joinery/Fit out Estimator Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Royal Joinery
The Joinery/Fit-out Estimator reviews drawings, specifications, and tender documents to calculate material quantities, labor, and project costs for interior works such as doors, wardrobes, kitchens, furniture, and full fit-out packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze architectural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out works
- Calculate material, labor, subcontractor, and overhead costs
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams
- Obtain supplier/subcontractor quotations and compare pricing
- Prepare tender submissions and cost breakdowns
- Maintain cost database and support value engineering
- Ensure estimates align with project scope and deadlines
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of joinery & interior fit-out works
- Ability to read technical drawings and CAD plans
- Good understanding of materials (MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel and estimation software
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
- Experience in UAE/GCC fit-out industry is preferred
