Armadio Design Closets is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our state-of-the-art joinery and kitchen manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, lean manufacturing, quality control, and team leadership within the joinery, cabinetry, furniture, or woodworking industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all factory operations from production planning to dispatch.
* Lead production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
* Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
* Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
* Monitor machine utilization and preventive maintenance.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Installation departments.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards.
* Develop and mentor production teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
* Previous experience in joinery, kitchens, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with ERP systems and production planning.
* Knowledge of CNC manufacturing and woodworking processes is an advantage.
