Joinery Factory Foreman Jobs in Dubai at Interiors and Joinery
1. Ensuring health and safety requirements are in order and complied with all sites/ on the shop floor at all times.
2. Executing site activities and project implementation
3. Supervising work force at sites for the smooth and timely completion of the project / overseeing production activities and proper execution of work allocated to the work force.
4. Ensuring and maintaining proper time records of staff at site.
5. Liaising with clients, Site Engineers, Production Engineer/ Supervisor and other team members of the clients’ for the smooth execution of work at site.
6. Reporting to Production Manager with correct site measurements as per production details and drawings given for site executions.
7. Ensuring quality finish of all times.
8. Submitting regular reports of site activity to Site Engineer and maintaining strict discipline of site work force.
9. Ensuring all snagging work is attended to at the end of the project for a smooth hand-over.
10. Reporting daily progress on work completed at site to Site Engineer and Production Manager/ reporting the progress of work to Production Manager and ensuring the timely completion and delivery of items to the site.
11. Maintain discipline among co-workers.
12. Coordinating with stores to ensure availability of all tools and materials to be used by the work face.
13. Liaising with drivers for the delivery of finished products after proper QA/ QC inspection and packaging.
14. Maybe assigned outside factory premises as and when required for sub-contracted work by the Company.
