Joinery Estimator – Job Description
Position: Joinery Estimator
Vacancy: 2 No.
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Joinery Estimation.
- Strong knowledge of joinery works, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and quotations.
- Experience in estimating custom joinery, furniture, doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices.
- Strong knowledge of material costs, labour requirements, wastage, and project costing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
