Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Joinery Draftsman & Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, preparing shop drawings, and ensuring precision in joinery and woodworking designs. They will work closely with production teams, architects, and clients to develop accurate and high-quality wooden doors, wardrobes, and décor solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 2D and 3D joinery drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Prepare shop drawings and material specifications based on client requirements and project specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure designs meet technical and aesthetic standards.
Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in design implementation.
Optimize material usage and provide cutting lists and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Requirements:
Proven experience in joinery, woodworking.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
