## Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Joinery Draftsman** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing detailed **joinery shop drawings, loose furniture drawings, and interior fit-out shop drawings** for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed joinery, loose furniture, and interior fit-out shop drawings.
* Produce plans, elevations, sections, detailed joinery drawings, and production details.
* Prepare drawings for wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, TV units, reception counters, doors, wall paneling, and custom loose furniture.
* Coordinate with designers, project managers, site teams, and factory personnel.
* Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments.
* Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, site conditions, and manufacturing requirements.
* Prepare cutting lists, material specifications, and hardware details as required.
* Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth fabrication and installation.
## Requirements
* Minimum **2–5 years** of experience in joinery and interior fit-out drafting.
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory).
* Strong knowledge of joinery construction details, loose furniture detailing, materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
* Ability to prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings suitable for production.
* Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
* UAE experience is preferred.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with luxury residential villas, apartments, and commercial interior fit-out projects.
* Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software is an advantage.
