Role Description In this full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, the Job Title will support day-to-day operations related to building and industrial rope access and MEP activities. Responsibilities may include assisting with installation, maintenance, and inspection tasks, following safety protocols, and coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines. The Job Title will help ensure that work is carried out according to technical specifications, client requirements, and company quality standards. This position also involves maintaining accurate records of work performed, communicating progress to supervisors, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical skills and experience in building services, industrial operations, or MEP-related activities.
- Strong awareness of safety practices, including working at heights, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, or work plans, and to coordinate effectively with onsite teams.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and clients in a multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in rope access, construction, facilities management, or MEP services is preferred.
- Relevant vocational training, certification, or a technical diploma in a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite in various locations within the United Arab Emirates and to adapt to changing project needs.
