Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and safety-focused Jet Ski Instructor to lead guided jet ski tours, provide safety briefings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate has strong riding skills, excellent communication, and a passion for water sports and tourism.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct jet ski safety briefings and operational instructions before each tour.
- Lead guided jet ski tours while ensuring guest safety at all times.
- Inspect and maintain jet skis and safety equipment before and after use.
- Monitor weather and sea conditions before tours.
- Assist guests with life jackets and equipment fitting.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with UAE maritime safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Assist in promoting and upselling water sports activities when appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Jet Ski Instructor or Watersports Instructor.
- Strong swimming skills.
- Valid jet ski operation certification or equivalent (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
