We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backhoe Loader Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a backhoe loader safely and efficiently to support construction, roadwork, excavation, and utility projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the backhoe loader for excavation, trenching, loading, backfilling, grading, and material handling.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any mechanical issues or defects.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the equipment.
- Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor and complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Ensure safe operation around personnel, utilities, and other equipment on site.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report fuel consumption or maintenance requirements.
- Assist with other site-related duties as required.
