ABOUT THE ROLE
Primary Duties:
Processing of Safety reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actions
Perform on-site audits/inspections
Deliver safety training to DCAF employees
Implement documentation reviews and revisions
Assist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutes
Establish good working relationship with DCAF staff
Promote Quality & Safety throughout the company
Any other tasks as determined by the Safety Manager/Quality Manager
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
High School Certificate
Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license
Previous experience within Safety Management
Job-Specific Skills:
Good knowledge of Safety Management systems
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)
Previous experience working with IQSMS
Basic knowledge of WebManuals
Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Good communications and interpersonal skills
