Exciting New Start Up Project in Riyadh needs a Whole School Principal
Established reputable global school group.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal to manage all aspects of the school’s operations and academicleadership. The Principal will report directly to the General Manager of the Regional School Group.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of school management, includingstrategic planning, academic performance, staffing, and student well-being.
Implement and monitor the curriculum to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Ensure the successful recruitment and retention of students, engaging both local and international families.
Foster a positive school culture and maintain strongcommunicationwith staff, students, and parents.
Ensure effectivecollaborationwith the Groupleadershipteam, following organizational policies and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
A formal teaching qualification, such as a Bachelor’s Degree inEducation.
Advantageous: A Master’s Degree inEducationor EducationalLeadership.
Extensive knowledge of the UK curriculum; IB experience would also be beneficial.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in aleadershiprole ineducation.
Experience as a founding principal is a plus. Previous experience leading an international school in KSA or the GCC is highly desirable.
Ideally, candidates should be from an English-speaking country (e.g., UK, Europe, US, Australia, NZ, South Africa).

Strongcommunicationand marketing skills, capable of attracting new families to the school.
Demonstrated pedagogicalleadershipskills to ensure that teaching and learning build confidence among existing families and help students make strong academic progress.
Salary and Benefits
Base Salary: SR 35,000 – 45,000 per month (negotiable).
Accommodation: A 2-bedroom apartment provided in an expatriate residential complex near the school.
Gratuity: 1 month’s salary for every year of service completed, upon full contract term completion.
Annual Leave:
School holidays as per the school calendar (excluding preparation weeks before the academic year).

Comprehensive coverage provided.
Annual Return Air Passage:
Economy class flight to your home country.
