Responsibilities:
Actual experience and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV; we are looking for Level 1 in Navision, meaning the candidate should have actual experience in using the tool/software. The candidates should be able to read errors, manage access rights, create and delete users, troubleshoot, analyze, and escalate issues as needed, and have experience in IT coordination.
Provide first-level technical support for end-user incidents and handle employee technical requests (e.g., setup of a computer, necessary peripheral devices, and related configurations) in a timely and accurate manner. Provide or remove necessary access upon joining or releasing an employee. Extract and update related logs/supporting documents.
Identify computer, network, or any IT equipment shortages and ensure the necessary equipment is sufficiently supplied by the procurement department on time.
Maintain and collect users’ physical requests on Google IT Drive with appropriate reference names and dates.
Support in conducting internal IT audits to ensure company data is sufficiently protected and in compliance with IT policy and procedures.
Report non-conformities through thedocument managementsystem.
