Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain network systems (LAN/Wi-Fi, connectivity, devices)
- Deliver high-quality, discreet VIP / white-glove support
- Support basic setup and maintenance of drones/UAV equipment
- Track and manage IT assets, inventory, and equipment
- Ensure systems are secure, updated, and running efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Technician / IT Support
- Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of drones/UAV technology (preferred)
- Experience managing IT inventory / asset tracking
- Experience supporting VIP, executive, or UHNW clients (preferred)
- Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach
