Job Description :

Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software

Responding to support queries from the help desk ticketing system, phone, and email

Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level

Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware

Installing and troubleshooting CCTV

Responsible for PCs, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.)

Managing employees’ emails/accounts

Adding and updating the inventory of all equipment, software, and license users

Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

0-1 years of experience in a help desk environment

A+ and N+ certifications preferred

Highly organized to handle help desk tickets effectively

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues

Cybersecurity and Networking knowledge.
