Production Manager | Structural Steel Fabrication |
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the field of structural steel fabrication, with at least 8 years in a managerial role. If you have expertise in CNC-enabled steel fabrication and leading large teams to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality production, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 300+ workers, ensuring optimal production output and resource allocation.
Productivity Management: Develop productivity standards to meet cost-efficient and time-bound production targets.
CNC Machinery: Utilize advanced CNC machinery (beam cutting, plate processing, drilling, shot blasting, and painting) to drive efficiency.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and international methodologies for welding and painting.
Project Coordination: Oversee fabrication, installation, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring timely project delivery.
Reporting & Expediting: Provide progress reports, manage inspection/testing programs in coordination with the QA/QC department.
Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Project Control departments to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications:
✅ Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering
✅ Experience: 10-15 years in structural steel fabrication, with 8+ years in a managerial role
✅ Skills: Strong leadership, production planning, and cost management skills
✅ Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of CNC-enabled fabrication processes and international quality standards
✅ Communication: Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
