#HIRING: IT Systems Engineer & Trainer to be based in Dubai, UAE.Our client, a
diverse
international law firm, is wishing to recruit an IT Systems Engineer who will be responsible for providing operational and technical support for the Firm in their Dubai office. The candidate will also be responsible for the
education
and awareness of firm-wide core systems, including developing and delivering training.
Requirements:
Previous experience within a legal partnership or professional services environment.
Experience of
supporting and using Windows 10, Office 365 and Exchange.
Familiarity with help desk software (such as Service Now).
Experience of
developing and delivering training on a variety of devices, such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Experience of
supporting legal applications such as Worksite, Big-Hand, time recording, Intapp Time, and Expert, amongst others.
Must be a team player, reliable, motivated, and have excellent people skills. The ability to explain difficult tasks in layman’s terms is a must.
