IT System Administrator
We are currently hiring an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in system administration, networking, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 administration. This role is responsible for maintaining and securing the organization’s IT infrastructure while ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
* Manage VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure.
* Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
* Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune.
* Manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
* Perform server patching, backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for infrastructure and end users.
* Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and security compliance.
* Maintain technical documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in System Administration, Networking, and IT Infrastructure Support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
* Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
* Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
* Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewall administration.
* Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
* Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
