.  Integral team member performing finance systems testing, project support, change requirements, BAU support and system-related support activities having primary interface with IT Finance.  Additional responsibility and ownership to perform:  Assigned branch and/or regional finance operations activities.  Assigned branch and/or regional finance accounting, reporting and internal control activities.

Assigned other activities/responsibilities as part of the team.

Ensure creating, maintaining and updating adequate process documentation of the activities performed.  Contribute to improvements in process to enhance internal controls and drive efficiency.  Collaborate within the financial control team, IT Finance, and across functions as a business partner on areas of responsibility.  Ensure compliance with regulatory, company, and department guidelines around functional processes and best practices.  Provide support for all control function requirements of internal audit, risk management, compliance, and any other.

Support awareness, orientation, and relevant knowledge sharing as a Finance systems champion (SME – Subject Matter Expert).  Ensure adequate cross-training and updates on finance transformation operations related activities and tasks in the team.  Ensure adherence to transversal Company objectives and policies.
