IT Support / Junior System Administrator Jobs in Dubai at Sustainable Solution Project Management
We are looking for an *IT Support / Junior System Administrator* to join our team.
*Key Requirements:*
* Good knowledge of *Windows Server*
* Experience with *Active Directory & Domain Controllers*
* User management, Group Policy, permissions, and troubleshooting
* Good understanding of *Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)*
* Hands-on experience with *Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls*
* Ability to configure and troubleshoot *Firewall Policies, NAT, VPN, Web Filtering, Application Control, and Security Profiles*
* Experience with *FortiClient VPN* and remote access troubleshooting
* Basic understanding of *Network Security and Access Control*
* Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and network connectivity issues
* Installing and configuring Windows and business applications
* Understanding of backup, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues
*Preferred:*
* Experience with *Microsoft 365*
* Basic knowledge of *VMware / Hyper-V*
* Familiarity with network monitoring and security best practices
We’re looking for someone who is *hands-on, proactive, and has a strong troubleshooting mindset*, with the ability to handle day-to-day IT support while assisting with system administration, networking, and security tasks.
