Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
Have adequate knowledge about Anti-Virus & Firewalls.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong command of the English language.
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint.
Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.
Conduct client meetings.
Knowledge of Social Media and Google Platforms.
Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
Stay updated on current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the IT sector.
Speak to customers, either face-to-face or over the phone.
Gain an understanding of customers’ specific business needs and apply
product knowledge
to meet them.
