IT Support Engineer – NAVIS SPARCS N4 Jobs in Al Khawr, Qatar at Seashore Group Of Companies
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide first-line IT support for terminal operations, with a strong focus on NAVIS SPARCS N4 and Terminal Operating System (TOS) support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, monitoring systems, and coordinating with Operations, QatarEnergy, and NAVIS support teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted terminal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for terminal operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve NAVIS SPARCS N4-related technical issues.
- Provide user support and assist with operational IT requirements.
- Monitor TOS systems and related IT infrastructure.
- Identify, diagnose, and escalate technical issues when required.
- Coordinate with Operations, QatarEnergy, and NAVIS support teams for issue resolution.
- Support system interfaces and ensure proper communication between integrated systems.
- Ensure continuity and availability of Terminal Operating System (TOS) operations.
- Maintain timely resolution and proper documentation of technical incidents.
- Support day-to-day IT requirements within container terminal operations.
