IT Support Engineer – NAVIS SPARCS N4 Jobs in Al-Khawr at Seashore
Provide first-line IT support for terminal operations, including troubleshooting of NAVIS SPARCS N4-related issues, user support, system monitoring, and coordination with Operations, QatarEnergy, and NAVIS support teams. Ensure continuity of Terminal Operating System (TOS) operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
Qualification: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Requirements: Proven experience with NAVIS SPARCS N4 in container terminal operations. Knowledge of TOS support, troubleshooting, system interfaces, and operational IT requirements. Experience: Minimum 5 years in container terminal operations, including 3 years in a similar position
Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
