IT Support Engineer (B Tech) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Doodle Technologies
Responsibilities:
– Provide ONSITE support to clients as per scheduled by the support department.
– Provide Support to client’s computer systems (Desktops/Laptops/Networks/Servers & WiFi/CCTV/PABX).
– Responding to the client’s IT support requests.
– Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
– Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
– Preparing BOQ/SOW & reports after a site visit.
– Checking for other opportunities when onsite.
– Understand & resolve customer requirements/issues and close tickets within time.
– Maintaining good client relations & ensure a high level of Client satisfaction.
– Increase Company reputation with quality on-time support & services.
Required Technical Skills :
– Strong Experience and expertise in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Desktops/ laptops/ servers/ networks/pabx/cctv.
– Strong Experience and expertise in configuring, troubleshooting – Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
– Experience on firewall installation and configuration.
– Strong Experience and expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting – Backup systems & NAS devices.
– Administering the company’s Physical & Virtual IT Infrastructure.
– Administering Windows Server’s (ADFS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, etc.).
– Responsible for manage company firewall’s,
– Experience with Outlook and Teams is required
B tech is Mandatory and driving license will be added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
