Role & Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
