IT Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
XOFOZ Information Technology LLC SPC, one of the leading IT business solution providers in the UAE, is actively looking for smart, energetic IT Support Engineers to join our Abu Dhabi Technical team.
Requirements:
* Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues independently and assist employees and customers with IT-related problems.
* Deep understanding of network infrastructure and device configurations.
* Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
* Proficiency in server configuration.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
* Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
