We are looking for Arabic Site Civil Engineer with minimum 03 to 05 years of UAE Experience.
Experience in Maintenance and Construction Work.
Able to execute works as per approved Dubai Municipality drawings such as Structural drawings, Architectural drawings , Electrical drawings , Plumbing drawings.
Make quantity surveying for projects and follow up B.O.Q for each site.
Aware with project costing & materials market price.
Preparing LPO & Follow up material delivery.
Checking delivery notes at site.
Checking work at site with Coordination for site sub-contractor.
Execute and supervision of the finishing works which covers block work ,water proofing, Plastering , granite flooring , painting and tiling works as per requirements in the finishing schedule / architectural.
Maintain and control site daily reports.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety and technical documents.
Supervise labor at site.
Carry out all assigned responsibilities and any other related works as assigned by the superiors.
able to use Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a site engineer for villa`s G+1 in Dubai min 02 Years.
Preferred holding UAE driving license.
Preferred DM approved engineer (G+1) and registered in society of engineers.
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills specially with labor different nationalities.
BS/MA in Civil Engineering.
Willing to start ASAP.
