Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware across the organization.
Manage and troubleshoot network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures.
Document and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Provide training and support to staff on IT tools and best practices.
Ensure backup and recovery systems are operational andup-to-date.
Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and IT infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and tools.
Excellentproblem-solvingandcommunication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft are a plus.
