IT Support Coordinator Jobs in Dubai at BIN SHABIB GROUP

Exp Level: 3 to 5 Years
Candidate locally based in UAE and who can join immediate will be preferred.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform desktop support tasks, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for users.
Maintain and configure various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, on workstations and servers.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices, such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Ensure the network is properly connected and optimized for user needs.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
Coordinate and manage IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Work with the IT team to identify recurring technical problems and provide solutions or improvements.
Manage incident and service requests through a ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
