About the Role
Merveille Investments LLC is looking for an IT Support Associate to provide first-level
technical support, maintain IT systems and devices, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT
operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls promptly.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
- Document support requests and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
