The IT Support Assistant is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and troubleshooting of the organization’s IT systems and equipment. They provide technical support to end-users, diagnose hardware and software issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks. The IT Support Assistant must have a good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. They should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively assist end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
Good understanding of the Office 365 suites (O365) and Windows Operating systems.
Install CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion hardware cabling and other forms of cabling as technology continues to evolve.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
