What you'll do:
- Provide IT support for employees and office systems
- Set up devices and accounts for new joiners
- Manage IT assets and inventory
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve IT requests
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, or end-user support.
- Experience with device setup, user support, access management, and routine IT troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Good English and Arabic communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
