IT Support Executive
Location:Ajman, UAE

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Executive to provide technical support across the company and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components.
Provide recovery solutions for hardware/software issues.
Support Microsoft Office products, Windows operating systems (7 & 10), smart devices (iPads, etc.), and basic LAN/WAN connectivity.
Handle service requests, software installations, new device setups, and upgrades.
Systems Management:
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Update and manage virus protection software to secure data and communications.
Ensure timely data backups and implement emergency plans for power or security failures.
User Support:
Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and email configurations.
Provide basic device configuration and software installation guidance.
Upgrades and Maintenance:
Schedule and perform system upgrades and maintenance without disrupting workflow.
Participate in software implementation and upgrade processes, offering necessary inputs.
Documentation:
Record detailed information about issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Create and update knowledge base articles for common issues.
Other Duties:
Travel to company and staff offices to provide onsite technical support.
Work outside normal hours when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-user environment support.
Proficient in Windows 10, smart devices, and MAC operating systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network device configuration.
Strongcommunicationand customer service skills.
Proven ability to multitask and troubleshoot system-related issues effectively.
Fluency in Arabic (required); additional languages are a plus.
UAE driving license (preferred).
Additional Information:
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Ajman or be willing to relocate before starting work.
Candidates with UAE experience are preferred.
