We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist who is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the school’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role supports staff, students, and administrative functions to enhance the learning environment through reliable technology services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the schools.
- Assist staff, students, and administrative functions with IT-related issues and requests.
- Maintain and troubleshoot educational technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, smart boards).
- Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and implement security best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support (experience in the education sector is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and basic networking.
- Familiarity with educational technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, smart boards).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
