Quality Care Group is seeking a versatile, tech-savvy individual to handle our basic IT services and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will ensure our office technology runs smoothly while actively growing our online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office hardware, software, and basic network connections.
- Troubleshoot daily technical issues for team members.
- Manage and secure company data backups.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Respond to messages and comments across platforms.
- Monitor basic social media analytics and engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience handling basic IT troubleshooting.
- Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva experience is a plus).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
