Computer Assistant / Software Support Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Computer Assistant / Software Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will install and configure computers, printers, and POS hardware, provide on-site customer training, and assist customers in using our billing software efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure Windows operating systems.
- Install and troubleshoot printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and POS hardware.
- Install and configure our POS and billing software.
- Visit customer locations across the UAE for software installation and training.
- Train customers on billing, invoicing, sales, inventory, purchases, reports, and daily operations.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support.
- Coordinate with the support team to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain installation and service records.
- Deliver professional customer service during on-site visits.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Windows installation and computer troubleshooting.
- Experience installing printers and basic networking.
- Experience with POS, ERP, Billing, or Business Software is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across the UAE.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Details
- Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
- Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary & Benefits
- Guaranteed Salary: AED 2,500 per month
