IT Support Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Farah Butchery & Gourmet
Job Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to end users.
Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
Assist users with password resets and account-related problems.
Install and update operating systems and software applications.
Configure email accounts and Microsoft Office applications.
Support network connectivity issues such as Wi-Fi and LAN connections.
Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset records.
Set up new user workstations and IT equipment.
Replace faulty hardware components such as keyboards, mice, RAM, and hard drives.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide timely support.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Assist with printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Document support activities and resolutions.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet).
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Help Desk roles.
Fresh graduates with relevant IT qualifications may apply.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
