Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless technology performance across all departments, support hotel staff, and maintain secure, reliable, and efficient IT services that enhance guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the hotel’s IT operations, including network systems, servers, and hardware.
- Provide technical support to hotel staff for systems such as PMS (Property Management System), POS, Wi-Fi, and office applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and secure the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including data protection and backup systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and support.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Support guest-facing technologies such as in-room entertainment systems and internet access.
- Train hotel staff on IT systems and best practices.
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset management.
- Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects and upgrades.
ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORTATION, AND DUTY MEALS ARE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
