Job Title:
IT Specialist
Job Summary:
This is a pivotal role that requires the skills of an IT specialist to oversee daily operations of the IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing infrastructure on a regular basis, developing new strategies to increase efficiency, and protecting customer data from outside infiltration.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and assess IT infrastructure to ensure it meets organizational demands.
Manage daily operations of the IT department, including coordinating with in-house experts, remote employees, vendors, and contractors.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow, improvecustomer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
Ensure the security and integrity of customer data through encryption, secure data storage, and other necessary means.
Assist with hardware and software installations, and provide training to employees on their use.
Oversee departmental quotas and suggest upgrades and changes within the IT department.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 Years of experience in IT.
Junior career level.
Full-time position.
Excellent IT,communication,leadership, and management skills.
Ability to multitask and fill multiple roles simultaneously.
Proven track recordof maintaining IT structural integrity.
