Mondus Properties L.L.C. is a Dubai-based company operating in the real estate and financial trading sectors, including COMEX and Forex-related operations.
We are looking for a reliable and technically strong IT Support Specialist to manage our day-to-day IT infrastructure, provide technical support to employees, maintain network and security systems, and ensure the smooth operation of our business-critical technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other office IT equipment.
- Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
- Set up and manage company email accounts and user access.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions and access controls.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain routers, switches, access points and basic firewall configurations.
- Monitor and maintain antivirus, endpoint security and system updates.
- Maintain regular data backups and assist with data recovery when required.
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
- Coordinate with internet, telecom, software and hardware vendors when required.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control systems and other office technology.
- Provide technical support for meeting-room equipment, VoIP/telephone systems and video conferencing.
- Install and maintain required business applications and software.
- Ensure company data and systems are protected from unauthorized access.
- Monitor basic cybersecurity risks, phishing attempts, malware and suspicious activities.
- Support employees with secure access to business applications and trading-related systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, client and financial information.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, passwords/access procedures, equipment and troubleshooting.
- Assist management with IT purchases, upgrades and technology requirements.
Trading Environment – Important
The candidate should understand that the company operates COMEX and Forex-related business activities.
Previous experience supporting a trading company, brokerage, financial services company or similar environment will be an advantage.
The candidate should have a basic understanding of:
- Trading platforms and trading-related software.
- Secure user access and account management.
- Internet and network stability for business-critical systems.
- Data security and confidentiality.
- Backup and recovery procedures.
- Cybersecurity and phishing protection.
- Remote-access/VPN security.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting system connectivity.
Required Technical Skills
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11.
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
- Email configuration and troubleshooting.
- Computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networking.
- TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Routers and switches.
- VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic firewall configuration.
- Antivirus and endpoint security.
- Data backup and recovery.
- Printer and scanner troubleshooting.
- CCTV and access-control systems.
- Remote support tools.
- Basic cybersecurity.
- IT asset management.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V or cloud systems will be an advantage.
Requirements
- Own UAE visa is MANDATORY. Candidates requiring company visa sponsorship will not be considered.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT Support experience.
- Previous UAE/Dubai experience is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT issues.
- Must be reliable, organized and responsive.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
- Experience in a real estate, financial services, brokerage, trading or corporate environment will be an advantage.
- Must be available to work in person.
- Must hold a valid UAE own visa.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

- Identify and troubleshoot IT problems independently.

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
- Maintain office IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network and system performance.
- Maintain data security and backup procedures.
- Support business-critical applications and systems.
- Coordinate with external IT and technology vendors when required.
Experience with both office IT infrastructure and trading/financial systems will be highly preferred.
