IT Specialist (Russian & English Speaking)
Location: Al Ghayl Industrial Area, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in network administration, IT infrastructure, and technical support. Fluency in Russian and English languages is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Install, configure, and maintain servers, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability and security.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT security policies.
Perform regular system backups and support data recovery procedures.
Install and configure operating systems, applications, and business software.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
Coordinate with external IT service providers when required.
Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and inventory.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
Strong practical experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of:
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls
Network switches and routers
Windows Server and Active Directory
Hardware and software troubleshooting
IT security practices
Experience in industrial/company environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (mandatory).
Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently.
